第七十八条の三
The provisions of Article 17-7 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act apply mutatis mutandis to an old-age pension, aggregated old-age pension or special old-age pension under the former Employees' Pension Insurance Act to be paid to a person prescribed in Article 63, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions. In this case, necessary technical replacement of terms is specified by Cabinet Order.
厚生年金保険法附則第十七条の七の規定は、附則第六十三条第一項に規定する者に支給する旧厚生年金保険法による老齢年金、通算老齢年金又は特例老齢年金について準用する。この場合において、必要な技術的読替えは、政令で定める。
