Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 1986 (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"); provided, however, that the provisions listed in the following items come into effect on the dates specified respectively in those items:
この法律は、昭和六十一年四月一日（以下「施行日」という。）から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、それぞれ当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions amending Article 47, paragraph (2) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act in Article 2, the provisions amending Article 5 of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act in Article 3, the provisions amending Article 40 of the Mariners Insurance Act in Article 4, and the provisions of Articles 40, 91 and 118 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding three months from the day of promulgation;
第二条中厚生年金保険法第四十七条第二項の改正規定、第三条中厚生年金保険法第五条の改正規定及び第四条中船員保険法第四十条の改正規定並びに附則第四十条、第九十一条及び第百十八条の規定 公布の日から起算して三月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日
the provisions of Article 2 (excluding the amending provisions listed in the preceding item) and the provisions of Article 4 (excluding the amending provisions listed in the preceding item), and the provisions of Articles 39, 104, 106 and 132 of the Supplementary Provisions (as to Article 132 of the Supplementary Provisions, excluding the provisions deleting Article 10, paragraph (4) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Health Insurance Act, etc. (Act No. 77 of 1984)): October 1, 1985.
