①With regard to the standardized remuneration of a person who acquired the status of an insured covered by employees' pension insurance before October 1, 1980 and has continuously held the status of an insured up to that day (excluding a person who holds the status of a class 4 insured person), among persons who acquired the status of an insured during the period from July 1 to September 30 of that year, or persons whose standardized remuneration was revised from August or September of that year pursuant to the provisions of Article 23, paragraph (1) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, and whose standardized monthly amount of remuneration in the same month of that year is 42,000 yen or less, or 320,000 yen (excluding a person for whom the monthly amount of remuneration that was the basis of that standardized monthly amount of remuneration is less than 330,000 yen), the prefectural governor revises the standardized remuneration by deeming the monthly amount of remuneration that was the basis of that standardized monthly amount of remuneration to be the monthly amount of remuneration that is the basis of the standardized remuneration under the provisions of Article 20 of that Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1.

②The standardized remuneration revised pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph is the standardized remuneration for each month from October 1980 to September 1981.

③Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 26 of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, the standardized monthly amount of remuneration on or after November 1980 of a class 4 insured person under employees' pension insurance whose standardized monthly amount of remuneration is less than 45,000 yen is 45,000 yen.
