第十七条
For the insurance premium rate under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act for the months set forth in the left-hand column of the following table, the phrase "89/1000" in Article 81, paragraph (5), item (ii) of that Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 is deemed to be replaced with the wording set forth in the middle column of that table, and the phrase "60/1000" with the wording set forth in the right-hand column of that table, respectively.

次の表の上欄に掲げる月分の厚生年金保険法による保険料率については、第一条の規定による改正後の同法第八十一条第五項第二号中「千分の八十九」とあるのはそれぞれ同表の中欄に掲げる字句に、「千分の六十」とあるのはそれぞれ同表の下欄に掲げる字句に読み替えるものとする。

The insurance premium rate of class 2 insured persons specified in Article 81, paragraph (5), item (ii) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 is to be raised in stages, as provided by Act, on or after June 1985, until it reaches the insurance premium rate of class 1 insured persons specified in item (i) of that paragraph.
第一条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法第八十一条第五項第二号に定める第二種被保険者の保険料率は、昭和六十年六月以後において、同項第一号に定める第一種被保険者の保険料率に達するまで、法律で定めるところにより、段階的に引き上げられるものとする。
