第十四条
With regard to the suspension of payment of an aggregated old-age pension under Article 46-7, paragraph (1) or (2) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1, for the period from June 1, 1980 through September 30 of that year, the phrase "Grade 12" in paragraph (1) of that Article is deemed to be replaced with "Grade 17", the phrase "Grade 13 through Grade 17" with "Grade 18 through Grade 22", and the phrase "Grade 18 through Grade 20" with "Grade 23 through Grade 25", and the phrase "Grade 20" in paragraph (2) of that Article with "Grade 25".
第一条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法第四十六条の七第一項又は第二項の規定による通算老齢年金の支給の停止については、昭和五十五年六月一日から同年九月三十日までの間は、同条第一項中「第十二級」とあるのは「第十七級」と、「第十三級から第十七級まで」とあるのは「第十八級から第二十二級まで」と、「第十八級から第二十級まで」とあるのは「第二十三級から第二十五級まで」と、同条第二項中「第二十級」とあるのは「第二十五級」とする。
