Supplementary Provisions, Article 13
第十三条
To an insured aged 60 or older and under 65 who, on June 1, 1980, actually has an insured period under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act of one year or more and has not satisfied the insured period necessary to receive an old-age pension under that Act, who falls under any of Article 46-3, item (i), (a) through (d) of that Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1, and whose standardized remuneration grade is any of Grade 1 through Grade 25, an aggregated old-age pension under that Article is paid, deeming that person to fall under that Article even where the person does not.
昭和五十五年六月一日において現に厚生年金保険法による被保険者期間が一年以上であり、かつ、同法による老齢年金を受けるに必要な被保険者期間を満たしていない六十歳以上六十五歳未満の被保険者であつて、第一条の規定による改正後の同法第四十六条の三第一号イからニまでのいずれかに該当しており、かつ、その者の標準報酬等級が第一級から第二十五級までの等級であるものに対しては、同条の規定に該当しない場合においても、これに該当するものとみなして、同条の通算老齢年金を支給する。
