第十二条
With regard to the payment of an aggregated old-age pension under Article 46-3 of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1, for the period from June 1, 1980 through September 30 of that year, the phrase "Grade 20" in item (iv) of that Article is deemed to be replaced with "Grade 25".
第一条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法第四十六条の三の規定による通算老齢年金の支給については、昭和五十五年六月一日から同年九月三十日までの間は、同条第四号中「第二十級」とあるのは、「第二十五級」とする。
