Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on October 1, 1971; provided, however, that the provisions amending Article 76, paragraph (2), proviso, Article 79-2, paragraph (3), item (i), Article 88, paragraph (2) and paragraph (3), item (ii), and Appended Table 3 of the National Public Officers Mutual Aid Association Act in Article 3, the provisions amending Article 13, paragraph (2), Article 32-3, paragraph (1) and Article 45-3, paragraph (2) of the Act for Enforcement in Relation to Long-term Benefit under the National Public Officers Mutual Aid Association Act in Article 4, the provisions of Article 6, and the provisions of Article 3 and Article 7 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on November 1 of that year, and the provisions of Article 7 come into effect on June 1 of that year, respectively.
この法律は、昭和四十六年十月一日から施行する。ただし、第三条中国家公務員共済組合法第七十六条第二項ただし書、第七十九条の二第三項第一号、第八十八条第二項及び第三項第二号並びに別表第三の改正規定、第四条中国家公務員共済組合法の長期給付に関する施行法第十三条第二項、第三十二条の三第一項及び第四十五条の三第二項の改正規定並びに第六条並びに附則第三条及び附則第七条の規定は同年十一月一日から、第七条の規定は同年六月一日から、それぞれ施行する。
