Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act
第二条（厚生年金保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the standardized remuneration of a person who acquired the status of an insured before November 1, 1969 and has continuously held the status of an insured up to that day (excluding a person who holds the status of a class 4 insured person and a person whose standardized remuneration is to be revised from that month), among those persons whose standardized monthly amount of remuneration in October of that year is 7,000 yen, 8,000 yen or 9,000 yen, or 60,000 yen (excluding a person whose monthly amount of remuneration is less than 62,000 yen), the prefectural governor revises the standardized remuneration by deeming the monthly amount of remuneration that was the basis of that standardized monthly amount of remuneration to be the monthly amount of remuneration that is the basis of the standardized remuneration under the provisions of Article 20 of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by this Act.
昭和四十四年十一月一日前に被保険者の資格を取得して、同日まで引き続き被保険者の資格を有する者（第四種被保険者の資格を有する者及び同月から標準報酬を改定されるべき者を除く。）のうち、同年十月の標準報酬月額が七千円、八千円若しくは九千円である者又は六万円である者（報酬月額が六万二千円未満である者を除く。）の標準報酬は、当該標準報酬月額の基礎となつた報酬月額をこの法律による改正後の厚生年金保険法第二十条の規定による標準報酬の基礎となる報酬月額とみなして、都道府県知事が改定する。
The standardized remuneration revised pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph is the standardized remuneration for each month from November 1969 to September 1970.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 26 of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, the standardized monthly amount of remuneration on or after January 1970 of a class 4 insured person whose standardized monthly amount of remuneration is less than 10,000 yen is 10,000 yen.
標準報酬月額が一万円未満である第四種被保険者の昭和四十五年一月以後の標準報酬月額は、厚生年金保険法第二十六条の規定にかかわらず、一万円とする。
