In the case where the average standardized monthly amount of remuneration is calculated, with respect to a person who was an insured covered by employees' pension insurance before November 1, 1969, for the insurance benefits paid to a person who has come to have the right to receive insurance benefits on or after that day, if any of the standardized monthly amounts of remuneration forming the basis of that calculation is less than 10,000 yen, that amount is to be 10,000 yen.
