Supplementary Provisions, Article 7Special Provisions on Payment of Aggregated Old-Age Pensions
第七条（通算老齢年金の支給の特例）
To an insured who, on the date of promulgation of this Act, actually has an insured period of one year or more and has not satisfied any of the insured periods necessary to receive an old-age pension under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, and who falls under any of Article 46-3, item (i), (a) through (d) of that Act and is 65 years of age or older, the aggregated old-age pension under Article 46-3 of that Act is paid, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 46-3 of that Act as amended by this Act.
この法律の公布の日において現に被保険者期間が一年以上であり、かつ、厚生年金保険法による老齢年金を受けるに必要な被保険者期間のいずれをも満たしていない被保険者であつて、同法第四十六条の三第一号イからニまでのいずれかに該当している六十五歳以上であるものに対しては、この法律による改正後の同法第四十六条の三の規定にかかわらず、同条の通算老齢年金を支給する。
