Supplementary Provisions, Article 6Special Provisions on Payment of Old-Age Pensions
第六条（老齢年金の支給の特例）
To an insured who, on the date of promulgation of this Act, actually satisfies the insured period prescribed in any of Article 42, paragraph (1), items (i) through (iii) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act and is 65 years of age or older, the old-age pension under that paragraph is paid, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 42, paragraph (1) of that Act as amended by this Act.
この法律の公布の日において現に厚生年金保険法第四十二条第一項第一号から第三号までのいずれかに規定する被保険者期間を満たしている被保険者であつて、六十五歳以上であるものに対しては、この法律による改正後の同法同条同項の規定にかかわらず、同項の老齢年金を支給する。
