Supplementary Provisions, Article 18Special Provisions on Early Payment of Employees' Old-Age Pension for a Person Who Has Spent Time as an Insured in Two or More Categories
第十八条（二以上の種別の被保険者であつた期間を有する者に係る老齢厚生年金の支給の繰上げの特例）
In the case of applying Article 7-3, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions to a person who has spent time as an insured in two or more categories, the request under that paragraph for the employees' old-age pension based on the time in one category, among the periods during which the person was an insured under the two or more insured categories, must be made at the same time as that request for the employees' old-age pension based on the time in another category.
二以上の種別の被保険者であつた期間を有する者について、附則第七条の三第一項の規定を適用する場合においては、当該二以上の被保険者の種別に係る被保険者であつた期間のうち一の期間に基づく老齢厚生年金についての同項の請求は、他の期間に基づく老齢厚生年金についての当該請求と同時に行わなければならない。
In the case of the preceding paragraph, the provisions of Article 7-3 of the Supplementary Provisions apply to each category of EPI insured period. In such a case, the replacement of terms necessary for the application of the provisions of that Article and other necessary particulars are specified by Cabinet Order.
前項の場合においては、各号の厚生年金被保険者期間ごとに附則第七条の三の規定を適用する。この場合において、同条の規定の適用に関し必要な読替えその他必要な事項は、政令で定める。
