附 則
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on April 1, 2003.
この政令は、平成十五年四月一日から施行する。
With respect to the calculation of contributions prescribed in Article 18, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act for fiscal year 2002 or earlier under the Order for Enforcement of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act prior to the amendment, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
改正前の厚生年金保険法施行令による平成十四年度以前の厚生年金保険法附則第十八条第一項に規定する拠出金の算定については、なお従前の例による。
