①With regard to the average standardized amount of remuneration prescribed in Article 82, paragraph (1), item (iv) and Article 83-2, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 1985 Amendment Act and in Article 23, paragraph (1), item (ii) and Article 24, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2000 Amendment Act, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 43, paragraph (1), it is the amount obtained by dividing the total of the standardized monthly amount of remuneration for each month of the period during which the person was an insured who was a member (or, for a month in which the previous standardized monthly amount of remuneration prescribed in Article 26, paragraph (1) is deemed pursuant to the provisions of that paragraph to be the standardized monthly amount of remuneration for that month, the previous standardized monthly amount of remuneration) and the standardized amounts of bonuses by the number of months in that period during which the person was an insured who was a member.

②If the standardized remuneration of a person subject to a class II revision has been revised pursuant to the provisions of Article 78-6, paragraphs (1) and (2), for the purpose of applying the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the phrase "the standardized monthly amount of remuneration for each month" in that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "the standardized monthly amount of remuneration prior to the revision under the provisions of Article 78-6, paragraph (1) for each month", and the phrase "the standardized amounts of bonuses" with "the standardized amounts of bonuses prior to the revision under the provisions of paragraph (2) of Article 78-6".
