Supplementary Provisions, Article 17-10Special Provisions on Requirements for Payment of Insurance Benefits for a Person Whose Standardized Remuneration Has Been Revised or Decided
第十七条の十（標準報酬が改定され、又は決定された者に対する保険給付の支給要件等の特例）
In the case of applying the provisions of Article 8, item (ii), Article 9-2, paragraph (2), item (i), Article 9-3, paragraph (1), Article 28-2, paragraph (1), Article 28-3, paragraph (1), Article 28-4, paragraph (1) and Article 29, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions (including the cases where those provisions are cited, or the example of them is followed, in other laws and regulations) to insurance benefits for a person whose standardized remuneration has been revised or decided pursuant to the provisions of Article 78-6, paragraphs (1) and (2), the phrase "insured period" is deemed to be replaced with "insured period (excluding the deemed insured period at divorce)".
第七十八条の六第一項及び第二項の規定により標準報酬が改定され、又は決定された者に対する保険給付について、附則第八条第二号、第九条の二第二項第一号、第九条の三第一項、第二十八条の二第一項、第二十八条の三第一項、第二十八条の四第一項及び第二十九条第一項の規定（他の法令において、これらの規定を引用し、又はその例による場合を含む。）を適用する場合においては、「被保険者期間」とあるのは、「被保険者期間（離婚時みなし被保険者期間を除く。）」とする。
