第十七条の十一（被扶養配偶者である期間についての特例の規定の適用）
For the purpose of applying Article 78-18, paragraph (1), for the time being, the phrase "the standardized remuneration after its revision or after it has been decided" in Article 78-18, paragraph (1) is deemed to be replaced with "the insured period on or before the last month of the insured period relating to the specific period (or, in a case where a ground for payment of that employees' old-age pension arises after the last day of the specific period or in any other case specified by Cabinet Order, the period specified by Cabinet Order) and the standardized remuneration after its revision or after it has been decided".
第七十八条の十八第一項の規定の適用については、当分の間、「、改定又は」とあるのは、「、特定期間に係る被保険者期間の最後の月以前における被保険者期間（特定期間の末日後に当該老齢厚生年金を支給すべき事由が生じた場合その他の政令で定める場合にあつては、政令で定める期間）及び改定又は」とする。
