附 則

この法律は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、第二十五条第二項の改正規定及び附則第二項から第四項までの規定は、公布の日から起算して一年を経過した日から施行する。

新法第二十五条第三項及び第四項の規定は、前項の場合に準用する。
