この法律は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。

第十六条の規定による改正後の宅地建物取引業法第二十二条の二第三項（同法第二十二条の三第二項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定は、第十六条の規定の施行後に交付され、又は有効期間の更新を受ける宅地建物取引業法第二十二条の二第一項の取引主任者証から適用する。
