第九条（第二条の規定の施行に伴う経過措置）
The provisions then in force continue to govern the amount of disability compensation pensions or long-term illness or injury compensation benefits paid as pensions for the period up to the day before the date specified in Article 1, paragraph (1), item (iii) of the Supplementary Provisions that are to be paid to the persons prescribed in Article 15, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 2 (hereinafter referred to as the "1965 Industrial Accident Insurance Amendment Act").
第二条の規定による改正前の労働者災害補償保険法の一部を改正する法律（以下「昭和四十年改正法」という。）附則第十五条第二項に規定する者に支給する附則第一条第一項第三号に定める日の前日までの間に係る障害補償年金又は長期傷病補償給付たる年金の額については、なお従前の例による。
The provisions then in force continue to govern compensation benefits for surviving family and funeral service fees pertaining to a person prescribed in Article 15, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 1965 Industrial Accident Insurance Amendment Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 2 who died before the date specified in Article 1, paragraph (1), item (iii) of the Supplementary Provisions.
第二条の規定による改正前の昭和四十年改正法附則第十五条第二項に規定する者で、附則第一条第一項第三号に定める日前に死亡したものに係る遺族補償給付及び葬祭料については、なお従前の例による。
