第六条
With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 30, paragraph (1) of the new Industrial Accident Insurance Act, until the date specified by Cabinet Order as the period needed to ascertain the actual conditions of commuting accidents in areas outside the area where this Act is in force, their occurrence and other circumstances, the phrase "insurance proceeds under this insurance" in that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "insurance proceeds for occupational accidents under this insurance", and the phrase "Chapter III and" with "Sections 1 and 2 of Chapter III and".
