第二条（経過措置）
The provisions of Appended Table 1 of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "new Act") apply to disability compensation pensions and compensation pensions for surviving family for the period on and after the date on which this Act comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "effective date"), and the provisions then in force continue to govern disability compensation pensions and compensation pensions for surviving family for the period before that date.
第一条の規定による改正後の労働者災害補償保険法（以下「新法」という。）別表第一の規定は、この法律の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）以後の期間に係る障害補償年金及び遺族補償年金について適用し、同日前の期間に係る障害補償年金及び遺族補償年金については、なお従前の例による。
The provisions of Appended Table 2 of the new Act apply to lump-sum compensation payments for surviving family for which the grounds for payment arose on or after the effective date, and the provisions then in force continue to govern lump-sum compensation payments for surviving family for which the grounds for payment arose before that date.
新法別表第二の規定は、施行日以後に支給すべき事由の生じた遺族補償一時金について適用し、同日前に支給すべき事由の生じた遺族補償一時金については、なお従前の例による。
