第七条
The provisions of Article 12, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the new Act also apply to an absence from work, before the provisions of Article 1 come into effect, of a person whose absence from work before the provisions of that Article come into effect was seven days or less and who, after the provisions of that Article come into effect, is absent from work for the same reason. In this case, if the absence from work exceeds seven days, compensation for absence from work is also paid for the days up to the third day counted from the first day of that absence.
新法第十二条第一項第二号の規定は、第一条の規定の施行前の休業が七日以内であり、かつ、同条の規定の施行後、同一の事由により休業する者に係る同条の規定の施行前の休業についても、適用する。この場合において、休業が七日をこえるときは、その休業の最初の日から起算して第三日目までの日についても、休業補償費を支給する。
