Supplementary Provisions, Article 8Application of Penal Provisions to Prior Acts, etc.
第八条（従前の行為等に対する罰則の適用）
The provisions then in force continue to govern the application of penal provisions to acts committed before this Act comes into effect in violation of the provisions of the former Special Protection Act or the former Temporary Measures Act, and to acts committed after this Act comes into effect in violation of the provisions of those Acts that are to govern pursuant to the provisions of these Supplementary Provisions.
