A person who incites the offender in the commission of a crime at the scene of a crime prescribed under the preceding two Articles, even if the person does not directly cause another person to suffer injury, the person is punished by imprisonment for 1 year or less, a fine of 100,000 yen or less or a petty fine.
前二条の犯罪が行われるに当たり、現場において勢いを助けた者は、自ら人を傷害しなくても、一年以下の拘禁刑又は十万円以下の罰金若しくは科料に処する。
