第十九条（検討）
By the Effective Date, the government is to study measures for confirming that the determination of the person with parental authority pursuant to the provisions of Article 819, paragraph (1) of the New Civil Code, in the case where the parents divorce by agreement, reflects the genuine intention of both parents, and to take necessary legislative and other measures based on the results.
政府は、施行日までに、父母が協議上の離婚をする場合における新民法第八百十九条第一項の規定による親権者の定めが父母の双方の真意に出たものであることを確認するための措置について検討を加え、その結果に基づいて必要な法制上の措置その他の措置を講ずるものとする。
Approximately five years after this Act comes into effect, the government is to study the state of the system and support measures concerning the upbringing of children after the divorce of their parents, etc., taking into consideration the status of enforcement, etc. of the respective Acts as amended, and if it finds it necessary, is to take necessary measures based on the results.
政府は、この法律の施行後五年を目途として、改正後の各法律の施行の状況等を勘案し、父母の離婚後の子の養育に係る制度及び支援施策の在り方等について検討を加え、必要があると認めるときは、その結果に基づいて所要の措置を講ずるものとする。
