With regard to the rescission of a marriage made before the date of enforcement of this Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date") in violation of Article 733, paragraph (1) of the Civil Code prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 1, and an action aimed at determining the father of a child born to a woman who remarried in violation of that paragraph, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
