第十一条（債権を目的とする質権の対抗要件に関する経過措置）
With regard to the requirements for perfection of a pledge over a claim for which the contract of creation was concluded before the Effective Date, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 364 of the New Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
