Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding 1 year from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して一年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 13Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Civil Code
第十三条（民法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With respect to demands for cancellation of a marriage and cancellation of an adoption made before the provisions of the preceding Article come into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
前条の規定の施行前にされた婚姻の取消し及び養子縁組の取消しの請求については、なお従前の例による。
