Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the day on which 6 months have elapsed from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して六月を経過した日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Concerning Cancellation of Permission for Establishment of Juridical Persons, etc.
第二条（法人の設立許可の取消し等に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 71 of the Civil Code as amended by this Act and of Article 23, paragraph (1) of the Act for Enforcement of the Civil Code also apply to matters that arose before this Act comes into effect; provided, however, that this does not preclude the effect that arose under the provisions before the amendment.
この法律による改正後の民法第七十一条及び民法施行法第二十三条第一項の規定は、この法律の施行前に生じた事項にも適用する。ただし、改正前の当該規定によつて生じた効力を妨げない。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Concerning Registration of Dissolution of Juridical Persons
第三条（法人の解散の登記に関する経過措置）
With respect to the registration of dissolution of a juridical person for which the competent government agency revoked the permission for establishment or ordered dissolution before this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律の施行前に主務官庁が設立許可を取り消し、又は解散を命じた法人の解散の登記に関しては、なお従前の例による。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Transitional Measures Concerning Penal Provisions
第四条（罰則に関する経過措置）
With respect to the application of penal provisions to acts committed before this Act comes into effect and to acts committed after this Act comes into effect that relate to matters for which the provisions then in force are to continue to govern pursuant to the preceding Article, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律の施行前にした行為及び前条の規定により従前の例によることとされる事項に係るこの法律の施行後にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
