Supplementary Provisions, Article 10
第十条
This Act comes into effect as of January 1, 1949.
この法律は、昭和二十四年一月一日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 19
第十九条
The adjudications that the family affairs tribunal is to make under the provisions of Article 14, paragraph (2) or Article 27, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Civil Code (Act No. 222 of 1947) (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to the proviso to Article 25, paragraph (2), Article 26, paragraph (2) and Article 28 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act) are, after this Act comes into effect, to be made by the family court.
民法の一部を改正する法律（昭和二十二年法律第二百二十二号）附則第十四条第二項又は第二十七条第三項（同法附則第二十五条第二項但書、第二十六条第二項及び第二十八条において準用する場合を含む。）の規定によつて家事審判所が行うべき審判は、この法律施行後は、家庭裁判所が行う。
