第六条
Where a retirement of the head of a household effected before the Emergency Measures Act came into effect may be rescinded under the Former Act, it may still be rescinded under the Former Act. In this case, the provisions of Article 760 of the Former Act apply.
応急措置法施行前にした隠居が旧法によつて取り消すことができる場合には、なお、旧法によつてこれを取り消すことができる。この場合には、旧法第七百六十条の規定を適用する。
