The competent minister may rescind the certification of a certified support body for management innovation, etc. if it falls under any of the following items:
主務大臣は、認定経営革新等支援機関が次の各号のいずれかに該当するときは、その認定を取り消すことができる。
it has come to fall under any of the items of Article 32 (excluding item (v));
it violates an order under the preceding Article; or
前条の規定による命令に違反したとき。
it is found that it has obtained the certification referred to in Article 31, paragraph (1) or the renewal of the certification referred to in Article 33, paragraph (1) by wrongful means.

「認定経営革新等支援機関」
略称規定第三十一条第二項
前項の認定を受けた者（以下「認定経営革新等支援機関」という。）は、次に掲げる業務を行うものとする。
わかりやすく言うと
経営革新等支援業務を行う者として主務大臣の認定を受けた者のことで、経営革新や経営力向上を行おうとする中小企業等の経営の状況の分析や、事業の計画の策定と実施についての指導と助言を行います。
