（特別区についてのこの法律の適用）Application of this Act to a Special Ward
第百十一条
（防災功労者表彰）Distinguished Service Awards in Disaster Management
第一項
内閣総理大臣及び各省大臣は、防災に従事した者で、防災に関し著しい功労があると認められるものに対し、それぞれ内閣府令、デジタル庁令、防災庁令又は省令で定めるところにより、表彰を行うことができる。
The Prime Minister and the competent Minister may award a person who has been recognized as having distinguished themselves by their services in the work of disaster management, as provided for by Cabinet Office Order, Digital Agency Order, Disaster Management Agency Order, or Ministerial Order, respectively.
第百十一条の二第一項（権限の委任）新設
この法律に規定する内閣総理大臣の権限は、防災庁令で定めるところにより、防災局の長に委任することができる。
The authority of the Prime Minister provided for in this Act may be delegated to the head of the Disaster Management Bureau, as provided by Disaster Management Agency Order.
第百十二条
（政令への委任）Delegation to Cabinet Order
第一項
この法律に特別の定めがあるものを除くほか、この法律の実施のための手続その他この法律の施行に関し必要な事項は、政令で定める。
Beyond what is provided for in this Act, procedures for the implementation of this Act or other necessary matters related to this Act are prescribed by Cabinet Order.
