第六条の二（日本国籍を有する免税購入対象者の確認書類等）
Article 6-2Documents for Confirming Persons Eligible for Tax-Free Purchase Who Hold Japanese Nationality, etc.
The documents specified by Ministry of Finance Order prescribed in Article 18, paragraph (1), item (i) of the Order are any of the following documents by which it can be confirmed that the person has had an address or residence continuously for two years or more in a region outside Japan up to the day on which the person last entered Japan (limited, for the documents listed in item (ii) and item (iii), to those prepared on or after the day six months before that day, counting from that day):
令第十八条第一項第一号に規定する財務省令で定める書類は、その者が最後に入国した日までに国内以外の地域に引き続き二年以上住所又は居所を有することにつき確認ができる次に掲げる書類（第二号及び第三号に掲げる書類にあつては、同日から起算して六月前の日以後に作成されたものに限る。）のいずれかとする。
an Individual Number Card prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (7) (Definitions) of the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures (Act No. 27 of 2013) (limited to one on which the scheduled date of moving out prescribed in item (iii) of that paragraph is stated);
行政手続における特定の個人を識別するための番号の利用等に関する法律（平成二十五年法律第二十七号）第二条第七項（定義）に規定する個人番号カード（同項第三号に規定する転出の予定年月日が記載されたものに限る。）
a certificate of residence issued by a consular officer (including the head of an embassy or legation that performs the duties of a consular officer, or a person who acts on behalf of that head in those affairs);
領事官（領事官の職務を行う大使館若しくは公使館の長又はその事務を代理する者を含む。）の在留証明
a copy of the annex to the family register.
戸籍の附票の写し
The information relating to a passport, etc. prescribed in Article 18, paragraph (2), item (i) of the Order is, among the matters stated in the passport, etc. (meaning the passport, etc. prescribed in that item; the same applies in item (ii)), the following matters:
令第十八条第二項第一号に規定する旅券等に係る情報は、旅券等（同号に規定する旅券等をいう。第二号において同じ。）に記載された事項のうち、次に掲げる事項とする。
name, nationality, date of birth, status of residence, and date of landing;
氏名、国籍、生年月日、在留資格及び上陸年月日
the type of the passport, etc. and the passport number.
旅券等の種類及び旅券の番号
The information stated in the document prescribed in Article 18, paragraph (2), item (ii) of the Order is, among the matters stated in that document, the matters relating to the name of the document and to the date, stated in the document, on which the person came to have an address or residence in a region outside Japan.
令第十八条第二項第二号に規定する書類に記載された情報は、当該書類に記載された事項のうち、当該書類の名称及び当該書類に記載された国内以外の地域に住所又は居所を有することとなつた年月日に関する事項とする。

同号に規定する旅券等
わかりやすく言うと
旅券のことで、出入国管理及び難民認定法の一定の上陸の許可（第十四条の二、第十六条から第十八条まで）を受けて在留する人は、旅券と、船舶観光上陸許可書、乗員上陸許可書、緊急上陸許可書又は遭難による上陸許可書のことです（消費税法施行令第十八条第二項第一号）。
戸籍
人の出生や婚姻、親子関係などを記録する公の帳簿で、本籍を定めた夫婦と、その夫婦と同じ氏の子ごとに作られます。外国人と結婚した人や配偶者のいない人について新しく戸籍を作るときは、その人と、その人と同じ氏の子ごとに作られます（戸籍法第六条）。戸籍の事務は、法律に別の定めがある場合を除き、市町村長（東京都の特別区や政令指定都市の区では区長）が行います（同法第一条・第四条）。一人ひとりについて、本籍のほか、氏名とその振り仮名、生年月日、戸籍に入った理由と日付、父母、養子であれば養親、夫婦であることなどが記載されます（同法第十三条）。記載は、出生・婚姻・離婚・死亡などの届出（同法第四十九条・第七十四条・第七十六条・第八十六条）や、報告、申請、裁判などにもとづいて行われます（同法第十五条）。日本人と外国人の婚姻の届出があったときは、夫婦ではなくその日本人について新しい戸籍が作られます。ただし、その日本人がすでに自分の戸籍の筆頭に記載されているときは、新しい戸籍は作られません（同法第六条・第十六条第三項）。日本に住所のある中長期在留者や特別永住者などの外国人は、その市町村の住民票に記載されます。その住民票には、戸籍の表示の代わりに国籍などが記載され、中長期在留者であれば在留資格や在留期間も記載されます（住民基本台帳法第三十条の四十五）。これらにあたらない外国人は、住民票に記載されません（同法第三十九条）。
戸籍法第1条・第4条・第6条・第13条・第15条・第16条・第49条・第74条・第76条・第86条、住民基本台帳法第7条・第30条の45・第39条を参考にAIが作成。
