A public safety commission may, if any of the following items applies, revoke the permission for specified automated operation of the specified automated operation provider concerned, or suspend its validity for a period that the commission specifies, not exceeding six months.
A specified automated operation provider or its specified automated operation worker violates, in connection with specified automated operation, a provision of this Act, a provision of an order under this Act, or a disposition based on a provision of this Act;
特定自動運行実施者又はその特定自動運行業務従事者が、特定自動運行に関し、この法律若しくはこの法律に基づく命令の規定又はこの法律の規定に基づく処分に違反したとき。
The specified automated operation plan ceases to conform to the standards set forth in the items of Article 75-13, paragraph (1);
特定自動運行計画が第七十五条の十三第一項各号に掲げる基準に適合しなくなつたとき。
The specified automated operation provider comes to fall under any of the items of Article 75-14.
The provisions of paragraph (2) of the preceding Article apply mutatis mutandis to the revocation of permission, or the suspension of its validity, under the preceding paragraph.
If a public safety commission has revoked the permission for specified automated operation pursuant to paragraph (1), it must give public notice to that effect, as provided by Cabinet Office Order.
