第六十四条の二（十六歳未満の者による特定小型原動機付自転車の運転等の禁止）
A person under 16 years of age must not drive a specified small motorized bicycle.
十六歳未満の者は、特定小型原動機付自転車を運転してはならない。
It is prohibited for any person to provide a person who is likely to drive a specified small motorized bicycle in violation of the preceding paragraph with a specified small motorized bicycle.
何人も、前項の規定に違反して特定小型原動機付自転車を運転することとなるおそれがある者に対し、特定小型原動機付自転車を提供してはならない。
