Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2025; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified respectively in those items.
この法律は、令和七年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions of Article 2 (limited to the provisions amending Article 5 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Act on Advancement of Comprehensive Service Related to Education, Child Care, etc. of Preschool Children (excluding the part deleting ", senior nursery teachers, advanced skill nursery teachers, lead nursery teachers" in paragraph (1) of that Article)) and Article 3 (limited to the provisions amending paragraph (18) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Education Personnel Certification Act), and the provisions of the following Article and Article 8 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date of promulgation;
第二条（就学前の子どもに関する教育、保育等の総合的な提供の推進に関する法律の一部を改正する法律附則第五条の改正規定（同条第一項中「、主幹保育教諭、指導保育教諭、主務保育教諭」を削る部分を除く。）に限る。）及び第三条（教育職員免許法附則第十八項の改正規定に限る。）の規定並びに次条及び附則第八条の規定 公布の日
