Article 168-3Acquisition of Electronic or Magnetic Records Containing Unauthorized Commands
第百六十八条の三（不正指令電磁的記録取得等）
A person who, without legitimate grounds, acquires or stores records including electronic or magnetic records set forth in the items of paragraph (1) of the preceding Article for the purpose referred to in the same paragraph is punished by imprisonment for 2 years or less or a fine of 300,000 yen or less.
