For the purpose of unauthorized use, a person who counterfeits the seal or signature or the electronic or magnetic record of a seal or signature of a public office or public employee is punished by imprisonment for 3 months or more and 5 years or less.
The same applies to a person who, without due authorization uses the seal or signature or the electronic or magnetic record of a seal or signature of a public office or public employee, or who uses a counterfeit seal or signature or a counterfeit electronic or magnetic record of a seal or signature of a public office or public employee.
