第二条（第一条の規定の施行に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 3-2 of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "new Act" from this Article through Article 8 of the Supplementary Provisions) do not apply to a business for which the relationship between the insured business and the workers' accident insurance has been established at the time the provisions of Article 1 come into effect.
第一条の規定の施行の際現に保険関係が成立している事業に関しては、同条の規定による改正後の労働者災害補償保険法（以下この条から附則第八条までにおいて「新法」という。）第三条の二の規定は、適用しない。
