第十四条（第三条の規定の施行に伴う経過措置）
The provisions then in force continue to govern the portion, pertaining to the period up to the day before the date on which the provisions of Article 3 come into effect, of Type I disability compensation, illness or injury benefits and Type I disability benefits under the provisions of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 3 (hereinafter referred to as the "former Act" from this Article through Article 16 of the Supplementary Provisions), and Type II disability compensation, compensation for surviving family, funeral service fees, Type II disability benefits, benefits for surviving family and funeral benefits under the provisions of the former Act that have not yet been paid at the time the provisions of that Article come into effect.
第三条の規定による改正前の労働者災害補償保険法（以下この条から附則第十六条までにおいて「旧法」という。）の規定による第一種障害補償費、傷病給付及び第一種障害給付のうち第三条の規定の施行の日の前日までの間に係る分並びに旧法の規定による第二種障害補償費、遺族補償費、葬祭料、第二種障害給付、遺族給付及び葬祭給付であつて、同条の規定の施行の際まだ支給していないものについては、なお従前の例による。
