第九十条
A person who fails to make a report or makes a false report, fails to answer or makes a false statement in response to questions from the relevant official, or refuses, obstructs, or evades an inspection, under the provisions of Article 148, paragraph (1) of the pre-amendment Employees' Pension Insurance Act that remains in force pursuant to the provisions of Article 5, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions, Article 178 of the pre-amendment Employees' Pension Insurance Act that remains in force pursuant to the provisions of Article 5, paragraph (1) or Article 38, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions, or Article 148, paragraph (1) of the pre-amendment Employees' Pension Insurance Act as applied mutatis mutandis in Article 168, paragraph (3) of the pre-amendment Employees' Pension Insurance Act that remains in force pursuant to the provisions of Article 38, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions, is to be punished by imprisonment for not more than six months or a fine of not more than 500,000 yen.
附則第五条第一項の規定によりなおその効力を有するものとされた改正前厚生年金保険法第百四十八条第一項、附則第五条第一項若しくは第三十八条第一項の規定によりなおその効力を有するものとされた改正前厚生年金保険法第百七十八条又は附則第三十八条第一項の規定によりなおその効力を有するものとされた改正前厚生年金保険法第百六十八条第三項において準用する改正前厚生年金保険法第百四十八条第一項の規定による報告をせず、若しくは虚偽の報告をし、又はこれらの規定による当該職員の質問に対して答弁せず、若しくは虚偽の陳述をし、若しくはこれらの規定による検査を拒み、妨げ、若しくは忌避した者は、六月以下の拘禁刑又は五十万円以下の罰金に処する。
In the case of a violation of the provisions of Article 129, paragraph (5) of the pre-amendment Employees' Pension Insurance Act that remains in force pursuant to the provisions of Article 5, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions, the person who failed to give the notice under the provisions of that paragraph is to be punished by imprisonment for not more than six months or a fine of not more than 500,000 yen.
附則第五条第一項の規定によりなおその効力を有するものとされた改正前厚生年金保険法第百二十九条第五項の規定に違反したときは、同項の規定による通知をしなかった者は、六月以下の拘禁刑又は五十万円以下の罰金に処する。
