第七十四条（清算）
When the surviving Pension Fund Association has been dissolved, its directors become its liquidators; provided, however, that this does not apply where other persons have been appointed by the board of councillors.
存続連合会が解散したときは、理事が、その清算人となる。ただし、評議員会において他人を選任したときは、この限りでない。
The provisions of Article 34, paragraphs (2) and (3) of the Supplementary Provisions apply mutatis mutandis to the liquidation of the surviving Pension Fund Association.
附則第三十四条第二項及び第三項の規定は、存続連合会の清算について準用する。
The provisions of Article 34, paragraph (4) of the Supplementary Provisions apply mutatis mutandis to the liquidation of the surviving Pension Fund Association (limited to the case where it was dissolved pursuant to the provisions of Article 71, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions).
附則第三十四条第四項の規定は、存続連合会の清算（附則第七十一条第一項の規定により解散した場合に限る。）について準用する。
