Supplementary Provisions, Article 68Transitional Measures Concerning Requests for Administrative Review and Requests for Re-examination
第六十八条（審査請求及び再審査請求に関する経過措置）
With regard to requests for administrative review or requests for re-examination under the provisions of Article 90, paragraphs (1) and (2) or Article 91 of the pre-amendment Employees' Pension Insurance Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 169 of the pre-amendment Employees' Pension Insurance Act, against dispositions or impositions made by the Pension Fund Association established pursuant to the provisions of the pre-amendment Employees' Pension Insurance Act, for which no decision has been made by the day preceding the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
改正前厚生年金保険法の規定により設立された企業年金連合会が行った処分又は賦課に関する改正前厚生年金保険法第百六十九条において準用する改正前厚生年金保険法第九十条第一項及び第二項又は第九十一条の規定による審査請求又は再審査請求で施行日の前日までに裁決が行われていないものについては、なお従前の例による。
