第八十二条（再評価率の適用の特例）
With regard to the revision of the amounts of the benefits in the form of a pension set forth in the items of Article 20 of the Supplementary Provisions, those benefits in the form of a pension are deemed to be pension insurance benefits under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, and the portions of the provisions of Articles 43 through 43-5 of that Act concerning the revaluation rate prescribed in Article 43 of that Act apply. In this case, the technical replacement of terms necessary for the application of these provisions and other necessary matters are specified by Cabinet Order.
附則第二十条各号に掲げる年金たる給付の額の改定については、これらの年金たる給付は厚生年金保険法による年金たる保険給付とみなして、同法第四十三条から第四十三条の五までの規定中同法第四十三条に規定する再評価率に関する部分を適用する。この場合において、これらの規定の適用に関し必要な読替えその他必要な事項は、政令で定める。
