第二十九条（懲戒処分に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 79-12 of the Amended Employees' Pension Insurance Act apply to violations, on or after the Effective Date, by investment officials prescribed in Article 79-10 of the Amended Employees' Pension Insurance Act, of the provisions of Article 79-11 of the Amended Employees' Pension Insurance Act, and the provisions then in force continue to govern with regard to disciplinary action for violations before the Effective Date that correspond to violations of the provisions of that Article.
改正後厚生年金保険法第七十九条の十二の規定は、改正後厚生年金保険法第七十九条の十に規定する運用職員による施行日以後の改正後厚生年金保険法第七十九条の十一の規定の違反について適用し、施行日前の同条の規定の違反に相当する違反に対する懲戒処分については、なお従前の例による。
