Supplementary Provisions, Article 26Transitional Measures Concerning a Claim for Revision of the Amount of a Disability Pension
第二十六条（障害年金の額の改定請求に関する経過措置）
With regard to disability pensions among the pension insurance benefits prescribed in Article 78, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 1985 National Pension Amendment Act, notwithstanding the provisions of that paragraph, the provisions of Article 52, paragraph (3) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act before amendment by the provisions of Article 3 of the 1985 National Pension Amendment Act, for which the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of that paragraph, do not apply, and the provisions of Article 52, paragraph (3) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 3 apply mutatis mutandis.
昭和六十年国民年金等改正法附則第七十八条第一項に規定する年金たる保険給付のうち障害年金については、同項の規定にかかわらず、同項の規定によりなお従前の例によるものとされた昭和六十年国民年金等改正法第三条の規定による改正前の厚生年金保険法第五十二条第三項の規定は適用せず、第三条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法第五十二条第三項の規定を準用する。
