Supplementary Provisions, Article 22Transitional Measures Concerning Unpaid Insurance Benefits
第二十二条（未支給の保険給付に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 37 of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 3 apply in the case where a beneficiary of the insurance benefits prescribed in paragraph (1) of that Article dies on or after the item (iv) Effective Date.
第三条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法第三十七条の規定は、第四号施行日以後に同条第一項に規定する保険給付の受給権者が死亡した場合について適用する。
