Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act
第四条（厚生年金保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the facilities under Article 79 of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act before the revision by the provisions of Article 7 that are actually operated or managed by the government on the Effective Date, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 79 of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act after the revision by the provisions of Article 7, the government may continue to operate or manage those facilities during the period from the Effective Date until the day preceding the day on which the Japan Pension Organization Act comes into effect.
第七条の規定による改正前の厚生年金保険法第七十九条の施設のうち、施行日において現に政府が運営又は管理を行うものについては、第七条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法第七十九条の規定にかかわらず、政府は、施行日から日本年金機構法の施行の日の前日までの間、当該施設の運営又は管理を引き続き行うことができる。
